Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the overall growth of the real estate firm.
  • The role involves market research, networking, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
