Job Title: Salon Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the hair salon operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Utilize managerial experience to enhance salon efficiency.
• Attend to customerinquiries, and complaints online via walk-ins, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Create engaging social media content using videos and pictures to boost brand engagement and awareness.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
• Proven managerial experience in a similar field (a plus).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle social media content creation.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
