Job Description

• We are looking for an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive director.
• The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and appointments.
• Organize all ED meetings and take notes of pending tasks.
• Handle correspondence.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
