We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Filling and Packing Operative

Primary Role

• The Filling and Packing Operative will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging of paint products according to company standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling and packing machinery in line with standard operating procedures.
• Accurately measure and fill containers with paint products.
• Operate the semi-automated filling and packing machines.
• Monitor filling accuracy and adjust settings as needed.
• Perform visual inspections for proper labelling and packaging.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet health and safety standards.
• Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking materials and supplies.
• Support other production activities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
