Home Bargains Nigeria Limited is a gift and decor store situated in Abuja, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Part-time
Working Hours: Two Sundays in a month (11am - 6pm).

• As the Inventory Officer at Home Bargains Nigeria, you will be responsible for overseeing the store’s inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient operations.
• You will monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits.

Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Track Stock Levels: Regularly check inventory levels to ensure they match the store’s needs and demand patterns.
• Conduct Audits: Perform regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile with the records to identify discrepancies.
• Analyze Variances: Investigate any differences between physical stock and system records to resolve issues.
• Generate Reports: Create regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics for management review.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of inventory transactions, orders, and adjustments.
• Evaluate Procedures: Regularly assess inventory management processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement Best Practices: Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into the store’s inventory management practices.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Degree in a related field
• 2 years experience
• Candidate should have good experience with Microsoft Office 365.

Salary
N25,000 - N30,000 monthly.
