Home Bargains Nigeria Limited is a gift and decor store situated in Abuja, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Four times a week and two compulsory Sundays a month

Job Summary

• As a Sales Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service, contribute to sales growth, and help maintain a positive store atmosphere.
• You’ll assist customers with their purchases, answer product inquiries, process transactions, and work towards meeting sales goals while staying informed about product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with purchases and answering product questions
• Maintaining store displays and inventory
• Processing transactions and handling customer payments
• Meeting sales goals and targets
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
• Collaborating with other sales team members
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
• Working effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Utilizing sales techniques and strategies to drive sales growth
• Participating in visual merchandising
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Supporting other store departments as needed
• Create visually appealing product images to showcase items effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND
• 2 years experience in Sales

Salary
N65,000 - N70,000 / month.
