At present, Tongyi Allied Mining Ltd. is headquartered in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria and sets up offices in the States of Lagos, Bauchi, Plateau, Zamfara, Ogun and Ebonyi.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and overall upkeep of the residence.
• This role involves performing a variety of cleaning and organizational tasks to ensure a hygienic and pleasant environment for residents and guests.

Job Responsibilities
Cleaning and Sanitizing:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
• Wash, fold, and iron laundry as needed.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

Organizing and Arranging:

• Organize and tidy up rooms, including making beds and arranging furniture.
• Ensure that personal items are stored properly and in their designated places.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials.

Maintenance Tasks
Report any maintenance issues.

Health and Safety:

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely, following manufacturer instructions.

• Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies are stored securely and safely.

Special Duties:

• Assist with special projects or events, such as setting up for gatherings or preparing rooms for guests.
• Handle delicate or valuable items with care.

Job Qualifications

• A minimum of First School Leaving Certificate.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Housekeeper.
• Canditate should be ready to be a live-in worker as accomodation will be provided.
• Candidate must know how to iron clothes well.
• Candidate with a past history of working with the Chinese is preferred.
