Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor strategies for different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the strategy innovative.
- Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content (e.g., posts, videos, stories, infographics) that reflects the brand's voice and tone.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
- Monitor and respond to trends to create timely and relevant content.
- Manage interactions with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster an active online community, encouraging user-generated content and brand advocacy.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns on social platforms, escalating issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize engagement and ROI.
- Set KPIs for social media campaigns and ensure consistent progress toward goals.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results while maintaining a high ROI.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Proactively manage the company’s online reputation by addressing negative feedback and promoting positive customer experiences.
- Work with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to align messaging and share insights.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful social media campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Photo and video editing skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social campaigns.
