Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Draft and review correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Organise and maintain confidential files and documents.
• Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / B.Tech / HND in Office Technology and Management (OTM) or any Management, Social, Physical, Life Sciences or Humanities/Law.
• A higher degree may be a plus.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Candidates need to have residential accommodation in any of the following areas for proximity to office: Mile 2, Amuwo Odofin, Satellite Town/Ojo, Orile Iganmu, Surulere/Ebute Meta, Isolo, Ago Palace, Festac Town etc.

Salary and Benefit

• Salary is about N150,000 per month for each role.
• There are high prospects for career growth.
