Delivery Rider at Pack 'N' Pay

Pack ‘N’ Pay is a product of CIC Integrated Services Limited. CIC was created as a wholesale store that supplies food to offshore catering companies to feed the offshore workers. Pack ’N’ Pay was created as a product that would leverage technology to solve the problems of retailers and wholesalers. Pack ‘N’ Pay officially started operations on January 18th 2021 and launched her e-commerce website on March 1st 2021.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Delivery Rider

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

• We are looking for dependable and hardworking Delivery Riders to join our growing team.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering goods to customers quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and deliver items to customers on time.
• Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all deliveries are confirmed and signed for by recipients.
• Keep the delivery bike clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Report any issues, delays, or problems during deliveries to the supervisor.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communicate delivery statuses when needed.
• Adhere to traffic rules and company safety guidelines.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of an SSCE / OND or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Rider
• Must have a valid Rider’s Permit.
• Good knowledge of road networks and traffic rules.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and handle deliveries under pressure.
