Job Description

  • Organizing and maintaining records of account receivables and payables
  • Compiling data from invoices for accounting purposes
  • Preparing reports on daily sales
  • Maintain old and new customers’ account
  • Reporting irregularities to the line manager
  • Fixing billing errors
  • Handles client account queries
  • Prepares vouchers, receipts, and checks by entering details into the company’s system.

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Accounting or Finance
  • Two (2) years and above proven work experience as Invoicing Officer
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and data bases
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
