Job Summary

  • Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring organizational compliance and operational excellence?
  • We are seeking an experienced Asst Manager, Admin (General Affairs & Compliance) to join our dynamic team and drive critical functions that underpin the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic direction for Admin (General Affairs & Compliance) department. Align administrative goals with the organization’s strategic objectives to foster growth and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of administrative staff to ensure high performance and engagement. Build a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular team evaluations, performance reviews, and provide feedback to support professional growth.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and manage all office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. Supervise maintenance and management of office facilities, equipment, and resources. Handle contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure the best value for the organization.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Develop and enforce organizational policies related to administrative operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Manage and update the organization’s administrative policies, procedures, and handbooks.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all physical facilities, including infrastructure, security, and utilities. Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers. Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and other organizational activities. Develop disaster recovery plans and manage emergency response protocols.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external regulators, and other stakeholders to foster transparent and productive relationships.
  • Incident Management: Investigate and resolve compliance violations and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field in manufacturing sector.
  • Minimum of 5 years in handling of General Affair Operation Factory
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Management and Administration skills.
  • Relevant certifications is a plus. E.g Nigeria Institute of Mgt (NIM).
