Job Description

• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team.
• The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care, ensure accurate medical assessments, and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on their medical needs and physician directives.
• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, conditions, and progress, documenting any changes accurately.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections safely, while educating patients and families on proper medication usage.
• Assist doctors and healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions.
• Create and update comprehensive care plans for patients, ensuring proper follow-up care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, specialists, and therapists) to ensure cohesive and patient-centred care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families on health management, recovery, and prevention strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, infection control, and nursing standards as required by the healthcare facility.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, administering immediate care when needed.

Salary
N200,000 / month.
