Job Title: Retail Station Shift Officer

Location: Warri, Delta

Introduction

• As a Shift Officer at Pinnacle Oil and Gas, you will be essential in maintaining operational integrity during your shift.
• This role requires vigilance, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to safety, ensuring that both staff and customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation during assigned shifts.
• Monitor fuel pumps and other equipment for proper functioning.
• Assist customers with fueling and service needs.
• Report any operational or safety issues to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the station premises.

Measurable KPIs

• Shift log accuracy.
• Number of customer service issues escalated.
• Compliance with safety checks.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of OND in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in the Oil and Gas retail station.

Competencies:

• Attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Other Relevant Information:

• Position based in Warri, Nigeria.
• Will include day, night, and weekend shifts.
