Job Description
- Clinical Psychologists with a passion for improving mental health outcomes and a commitment to professional excellence. The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Facilitating group coaching sessions to enhance mental resilience and team dynamics.
- Conducting individual interventions tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver evidencebased psychological services.
- Maintaining detailed documentation and adhering to ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Certificate and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, (A Master’s Degree would be an added advantage), in Clinical Psychology.
- At least 2 years of post bachelors experience.
- A valid Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists (NACP) license.
- Proven expertise in facilitating group sessions and conducting individual therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and reliability to manage both fixed and flexible work schedules.
