Job Title: Planning Engineer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

• As our planning Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and inputs.
• Track project progress and performance through regular site visits and updates.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Work with cost controllers to ensure project costs remain within approved limits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or project planning
• Proficiency in project planning software, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Strong analytical skills, and knowledge of construction methods.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
