Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional, friendly and enthusiastic Customer care Representative to join our team.
• The Representative will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• The ideal candidate. will have a passion for kids' fashion and a strong ability to connect with customers.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc / HND in any relevant field with 1-3 years work experience.
• Previous experience in any Customer care role, sales role or retail sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle customer requests with patience and
• professionalism.
• Flexibility to work during peak shopping periods.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
