Job Description

• We are seeking a diligent and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our factory and manage the team of factory workers.
• The successful candidate will ensure that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of factory workers, ensuring that production targets are met.
• Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Training and Development: Train and mentor factory workers, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all factory equipment is well-maintained and operational, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production output, worker attendance, and any issues encountered during the production process.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during production, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other supervisors and management to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination).
• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a factory or manufacturing environment.

Remuneration:
