Job Overview

• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to oversee and implement quality assurance procedures across our operations.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining product and service excellence, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, document, and maintain quality control procedures, policies, and records.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints, product defects, and process non-conformities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as ISO, GMP, or other relevant frameworks.
• Support training and awareness programs to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality requirements are met.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in [Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field].
• Proven experience in quality control, assurance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, regulations, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in quality management tools and software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is an advantage.
