Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Warra, Ngaski LGA - Kebbi
Employment Type: Full-time

Overall Job Summary

  • At the heart of our operation is our general management team, and we are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in Kebbi State as a Supervisor.
  • The ideal candidate will be a skilled people and asset manager, perform basic inventory management functions and possesses a keen eye for details.
  • The Supervisor will be responsible for administrative/managerial tasks and will contribute to making the company a better place to work.

  • The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to the general management team at our Kebbi facility.

Requirements / Responsibilities

  • B.Sc / HND in Public Administration, Business Managementor any other relevant field.
  • 1-4 years prior work experience as a Supervisor in the FMCG, Property Management, Manufacturing or Hospitality sector is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Inventory/Warehouse Management (Non-production).
  • Basic knowledge of fleet management (executive transport)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Facilitate and manage relations with the medical service provider to achieve optimal effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Be actively involved in the management and allocation of facility dormitories to staff and visitors alike to achieve optimum efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage the supply and restocking of the facility’s kitchen working with the procurement department.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent facilities maintenance issues as they arise, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Understand and comply with Company policies and procedures.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
