Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.
  • As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to project managers and teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and equipment rental.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and report to project managers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including teams and departments, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the management of project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
