Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Agronomy, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in agribusiness, agricultural development, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing agribusiness strategies, improving agricultural productivity, and enhancing the livelihoods of farmers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices, climate-smart agriculture, and agribusiness management.
