Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to provide guidance on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters related to blockchain and Web3 initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology law, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for the decentralized ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 technologies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including smart contract terms, token sales, partnership agreements, and NDAs.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations, including KYC/AML, securities law, and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
