Job Description

• We're seeking an experienced Platform Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our platform.
• As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, improving user experience, and ensuring platform stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement platform strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee platform operations, ensuring stability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new platform features and products
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure platform architecture is scalable, efficient, and meets business requirements
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and resources to ensure effective platform integration and maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in platform management, software development, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing teams, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies is a plus
• Curates and edits highquality content, manages content creation workflows, and ensures content aligns with user needs.
• Requires knowledge of agribusiness, content marketing, and content management systems (CMS)
