Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to oversee the design, development, and deployment of secure, innovative software solutions.
• This role is ideal for an experienced technical leader with a passion for driving innovation and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of financial APIs.
• Guide the engineering team to foster innovation and technical excellence.
• Ensure all solutions meet security and regulatory standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in Technical Lead roles, with a proven track record of delivering scalable software solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with API-first design principles, microservices, and security compliance standards.
