We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Ikotun, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a responsible quality Control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant.
• You will work on one to one basic on variety of tasks related to manager working life communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant .
• Ensure all occupant abide by the restaurant policy.
• Monitor food handling, storage and preparation.
• Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards.
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dinning areas.
• Handling of reports

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in management with 3-5 years of working experience
• Knowledge of restaurant management systems and procedures
• Ability to multitask.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
