Job Description

• Are you a seasoned leader with exceptional organizational and management skills, looking for an exciting opportunity to oversee the operations of a thriving resort?
• We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Resort Operations Manager, where you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Manage staff, schedules, and budgets.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract more visitors.
• Ensure the resort complies with safety, health, and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum of a B.Sc, HND/ OND.
• Proven experience in managing a resort, hotel, or similar establishment (minimum 3 years).
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and resolving operational challenges.
• Passion for tourism and the hospitality business.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, and a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of hospitality trends and standards.
