We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Greet and welcome guests
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Respond to clients complaints in atimely and professional manner
• Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rate and amenities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality is preferred
• Proficient in computer systems and hotel management softwares
• Attention to detail nd accuracy
• Ability to work fkexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
