Job Title: Security Operative

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• You would protect and safeguard all hotel guests, employees, their belongings, and all hotel assets. Also ensuring that all hotel properties are adequately, and always secured.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all safety & security, Fire Life Safety and food hygiene risks faced by the hotel.
• Record and notify all risks, deviations from hotels safety standards and any untoward incidents.
• All incidents and accidents are properly reported and attended to.
• Compliance with all security standards and preventative measures in conjunction with the hotel’s Crisis Management Plan and Safe Hotel Certification.
• Guest Relations – ensure a minimum of 90% guest satisfaction is always maintained.
• Be trained, abide and apply all fire safety protocols and fire drill procedures.
• Be trained on fire aid course.
• The security first aid box is fully equipped at all times.
• Proper Access and Egress control.
• Routine patrol to be conducted
• To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.
• Compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE).
• Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.
