Job Summary

• As our Operations and Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing efficient coordination of operational and logistical activities.
• This role is critical in ensuring that goods, services, and resources are delivered on time while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to optimize supply chain processes and support operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily logistics and operational activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain effective supply chain relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies regarding transportation, storage, and operations..
• Track and report key performance metrics related to logistics and operations.
• Support the Operations Manager in implementing and improving processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as SAP, ERP systems, Google Workspace or Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of transportation and inventory management best practices.
