Job Title: Physic Teacher

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons to students in Physics, ensuring that students meet their full potential.
• Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of the Physics curriculum, ensuring that it is relevant, engaging, and aligned with national standards.
• Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and use data to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment that promotes student engagement, motivation, and respect for others.
• Practical Work: Supervise and assist students with practical experiments, demonstrations, and investigations, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, develop resources, and improve student outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physics or a related field, and a teaching certification or qualification (e.g.,B.Ed,B.Sc).
• Subject Knowledge: Excellent knowledge and understanding of Physics, including curriculum content and pedagogy.
• Teaching Experience: 2+ years proven teaching experience in Physics, with a strong track record of improving student outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including new curriculum developments and innovative teaching methods.

Work Environment:

• School Setting: Typically employed by a secondary school, sixth form college, or further education institution.
• Classroom Environment: Teach in a well-equipped and well-maintained classroom, with access to technology and resources to support teaching and learning.
• Collaborative Team: Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team of teachers, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 / Month.
