Job Summary
- We are seeking an employee that will create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. You will provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any drink order requests they may have. Additionally, you will keep the bar clean and orderly in order to maximize superior service.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
- WASSCE
- Attention to detail
- 1-2 Years Experience in the hospitality industry
- Good communication skills
- Good Negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Accountability
- Interpersonal skills
