Job Summary

• We seek highly motivated Direct Sales Agents to join our team.
• Successful candidates will identify and acquire new customers, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.

Locations (Nationwide):

• Lagos & West: 466 DSEs (Lagos 252 DSEs; West 214 DSEs)
• Abuja & North: 306 DSEs.
• South & East: 428 DSEs (South 214 DSEs; East 214 DSEs.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's products and services
• Meet sales targets for deposits, loans, and other banking services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build relationships with existing customers and cross-sell bank products
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

• OND, HND, NCE, or BSc in any discipline
• 0 - 1 year sales or marketing experience (banking experience an advantage)
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
