Rainoil Limited is an integrated downstream oil and gas company. A prominent player in the Nigerian industry, the company’s operations span across the downstream value chain i.e. Petroleum Product Storage, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Sales. Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Station Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Sagamu - Ogun, Ogbomosho - Oyo, Bonsac & Anwai - Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the retail station.
• This includes monitoring sales performance, evaluating operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• The manager will also ensure compliance with HSE standards, coordinate with the marketing team to promote products, and lead and develop the station staff.

Requirements

• HND/ B.Sc. in Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in the Retail Marketing/Sales/Business Development.
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and reporting skills required. Physical fitness.
