Job Title: Special Needs Tutor

About the Role

• As a Special Needs Teacher, you will work with preschool to grade 6 students, providing tailored education and support to help each child reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each student’s unique needs.
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure holistic development.
• Use innovative strategies to support emotional, social, and academic growth.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Experience working with children with special needs, preferably preschool to grade 6.
• Strong knowledge of developmental and behavioral strategies.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
