Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Institution/Project Sales Manager to identify and pursue sales opportunities with top real estate project companies and institutions in Nigeria.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Nigerian building market and products, as well as excellent sales and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with top real estate project companies and institutions in Nigeria
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies and institutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop sales strategies and solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business Administration)
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in sales, in tiles, building materials or construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian building market and products
  • Good exposure to top real estate project companies in Nigeria
  • Excellent sales and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
