Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting various accounting operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth while working with experienced accounting professionals in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Help prepare financial reports and statements
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Support budget preparation and monitoring
• Use of accounting softwares such as Zoho books, Quickbooks etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting role
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information
• Fast learner with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of accounting software is a plus
