Job Summary
- Leads the credit and recovery team to ensure effective loan administration, monitoring, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and creditworthiness of clients.
- Conduct pre- and post-disbursement follow-ups.
- Ensure monthly disbursement targets and recoveries are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in related fields.
- 1–5 years of relevant work experience.
