Job Title: Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control Analyst at our facility in Awka, Anambra State to effectively oversee quality control processes, ensure product standards are met, and support continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of equipment, processes, and products.
• Identify, document, and report any quality issues or deviations from standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality-related activities.
• Train and support staff in quality control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on quality control activities and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of HND in quality management, or a related field.
• 1 year proven experience in quality control or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of quality issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with production staff.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
