Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supervisor to join our team.
• As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, issues, and problems that may arise within the team.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
