Job Title: Architect

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team.
• As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing building plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop building plans, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, drawings, and models.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Ensure that projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in an architectural firm or related field.
• Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in CAD software, including Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) or other relevant professional body.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
