Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business workflows.
• Manage customer relations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities, fostering a productive work environment.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and grow the brand.
• Handle inventory, ensuring proper stock management and timely restocking.
• Ensure the shop floor and display areas are presentable and up to standard.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or fashion house management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in managing sales targets and operational budgets.
• Creative flair for merchandising and display arrangement.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and staff effectively.
