Job Title: Waitress

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday 4pm to 11pm , On club days 4pm till day break. One day off.

Job Description

• TMAsourcing is looking for a good looking and smart, Waitress in a lounge in surulere with excellent customer service skills to join our team at our lounge.
• As a Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. You must be friendly, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards.
• Check with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and drinks.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to management as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system and provide receipts.
• Assist with setting up the dining area for special events or promotions.
• Ensure that guests' needs are met and deliver exceptional service throughout their visit.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food and drinks.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a restaurant or lounge environment.
• Must be from 20-28 years old
• Minimum of an OND or equivalent in any field.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus is an advantage.
