Job Title: Lounge Manager

Location: Surulere Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday 4pm to 11pm , On club days 4pm till day break. One day off.

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lounge Manager in Surulere to oversee the daily operations of our lounge, ensuring a high level of service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • The Lounge Manager will be responsible for managing staff, handling customer concerns, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. If you are a natural leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for hospitality, we invite you to apply for this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring smooth service delivery and a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule lounge staff to ensure high levels of service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and lounge supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Monitor lounge operations to ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and customer service standards for the lounge.
  • Coordinate with chefs, bartenders, and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Organize and oversee special events or promotions within the lounge.
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in hospitality management, lounge or bar management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree/HNDin Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and POS systems.
  • Experience in inventory management and financial reporting is an advantage.
