Job Title: Front Desk / Admin Officer
Location: Sangotedo - Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed.
- Maintain an organized reception area and office environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
- Support other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of OND,HND,B.Sc ; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
