Job Title: Barbecue Man

Location: Apo Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 
Food preparation:

• Cutting, washing, and peeling meats and vegetables.
• Preparing food according to recipes and methods.

Cooking:

• Grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods.
• Regulating the temperature of grills, broilers, and roasters.

Food quality:

• Ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality.
• Tasting and evaluating food before serving.

Food safety:

• Following food health and safety guidelines. Ensuring food is stored and rotated properly. Disposing of expired or near-expired food.

Work area:

• Keeping the work area clean and sanitary.
• Cleaning and sanitizing grilling and broiling equipment after use.

Communication:

• Communicating with the head chef and wait staff. Working as a team player.

Maintenance:

• Performing preventative and general maintenance on grilling equipment.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
