- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an FSLC / HND or Master's Degree qualification
- Minimum of 5 years in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in QSR management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
