Job Title: Front Desk / Customer Service Executive

Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues.
• They may also provide product information, handle returns, and maintain customer records.
• Customer service representatives should be able to respond to customer questions in a timely and efficient manner, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND or BSc qualification with 2 - 10 years work experience.
