Job Description
- Create procedural manuals for routine maintenance
- Estimate costs of labor and parts for maintenance activities
- Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work
- Assist and support Asset Coordinator.
- Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations
- Maintain records and files essential to maintenance reports
- Ensure safety is observed during all maintenance activities
- Order, receive and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Workshop technician to rebuild spare parts and equipment through procurement.
- Report incidents, unsafe acts and conditions and near misses timely.
- Any other job assigns by company.
