We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loading Master

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Ensures all regulatory aspects concerning protection of the environment and marine security are adhered to during transfer operations
• Ensures that line up of the pipelines (onshore/offshore) are complete and adequate (LOTO where required)
• Completes ISGOTT SSCL with ship master/chief officer prior to commencement of all cargo operations
• Leads the team by example in matters of health, safety, security and environment
• Ensures all relevant cargo transfer documentations(received) and reports (completed) after each custody transfer
• Chairs pre-berthing meetings amongst importers, agents, surveyors and tank farms to ascertain readiness of tanker (financially, q&q, laycan, ullage requirements, regulatory, etc) to take berth at the CBM/SPM.
